We are committed to bringing you real food that buzzes with taste and quality.

seaweed cuisine has recently introduced the seaweed bar – a mobile bar service available with or without catering.  Have the seaweed bar come to your event to shake up cocktails or serve an array of beverages with the style and professionalism that is the trademark of seaweed cuisine.

Monique’s passion for food started at home. Her mother, who was born in Yokohama, Japan met her Portuguese father in Macau. For Monique, the childhood dinner table was filled with a myriad of combinations of East and West Cuisine. Her home was the exciting mixing pot in which her passion was born.

Her love of food shows in the simplicity and the delicate way in which she balances flavour and presentation, each time creating a food lovers treat.
