We hold an on premises license which allows us to source + serve your beverages for very competitive pricing. Our bar staff team are all trained by seaweed cuisine + can mix up fabulous drinks for your pleasure. They are also into dressing up, so will look great whatever the occasion may be.

seaweed bar‘s sommelier + cocktail expert Aaron Moon managed restaurants in Byron Bay before joining seaweed cuisine 7 years ago.  Aaron is a highly skilled drinks consultant + can work with you to design the ultimate beverage package for your event, matching wines and cocktails to your chosen menu.
